Q. Do you offer cleaning right across the city?

A. Yes we do. When you contact us, our customer care advisers run a postcode check and they’ll confirm that you’re within our coverage area. If you’re in Manchester, you are!

Q. Can I get a service on the day I call?

A. Often yes, but of course we do have times when all of our cleaners are booked. Give us a call and we’ll be able to tell you immediately when we’ll get to you. When the work’s urgent that will be just as quickly as we can.

Q. What’s included in my quote?

A. Labour and time is always included. For some services equipment and cleaning products are also included as standard, in other cases you have a choice. Where there’s a choice you’ll be given a quote based on the price with and without equipment and products.

Q. Is there anything that’s not included in the quote?

A. We don’t include parking fees as these vary from customer to customer and sometimes even on the day or time of the service. If we don’t incur parking fees you won’t pay any. If we do we ask you to cover them at cost.

Q. Can I cancel or alter a booking?

A. Yes, of course. And when you’re able to give us two days notice or more there’s no cancellation penalty.

Q. How and when do I pay?

A. You pay after your service is completed and you can choose cash or card.

Q. How many cleaners should I book for one-off cleaning?

A. It depends on the amount of work you want done and the tasks you’d like covered. When you want cleaners to move heavy furniture or appliances we need to send two people in order to do it safely. We also need to send two people when you’d like us to supply equipment, in line with our eco-friendly ethos Solo cleaners travel by public transport whenever possible so they can’t bring cleaning equipment.

Q. What do I do if there’s a problem?

A. This is very rare, but if there’s something you’re not happy about, do let us know. If you’re able to speak to the cleaner while they’re with you that’s great. They might be able to sort it out there and then. If this isn’t possible call us or get in touch on-line. We do value all feedback and we will work with you to resolve any issue.

Q. And if the work is even better than I expected?

A. We’re delighted, though not that surprised! Drop us a line about that too…..and tell your friends :). We’ll make sure that the people who did the work know that you were impressed enough to take the time and trouble to tell us how pleased you were. We all appreciate a little recognition and making a policy of acknowledging good work is one of the ways we keep our cleaners motivated.
